Capes and Crowns 5k Run

The 2020 NRF 5K Run will be a morning full of movement and entertainment. The course will begin at the Event Centre with music, food, and fun awaiting all family, friends, and participants as they complete their journey around our captivating downtown area.There will be music, food and kid activities spread across the beautiful Great Lawn at the Event Centre.
The event begins at 8:00 a.m.
