The Beaumont Police Department Cops & Kids Halloween Carnival is a city-wide personal safety and crime prevention festival for school aged children and their parents. Free food, amusements, games and entertainment provide a carnival atmosphere for this important educational safety event. Kids are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes for spooky carnival fun with Beaumont Police Officers.
