Space is limited; booths will be rented on a first come first served basis. We encourage community organizations to provide a free activity for families. This is an outdoor event. Booth rental fees are nonrefundable.
Important Reminders
Booth participants are required to:
- Engage with patrons without soliciting or selling at booth space
- Conduct business in a professional manner
- Set up booth one hour prior to hard street closure and remain open throughout the festival
Booth participants are responsible for:
- All electrical needs and disposal of trash
- 10×10 tent, table, table cover, and chairs (tent must be properly secured)
- Volunteers and staffing
- Family friendly activity coordinating with event theme

Nonprofit Booth
- Nonprofit, social service, 501 (c) (3) organizations
- No sales or fundraising
- Application Fee: $50.00 – due upon acceptance
- Must provide proper 501 (c) (3) documentation
- Free children’s activity is encouraged
