Please complete this online nonprofit registration form to be considered.  

Space is limited; booths will be rented on a first come first served basis. We encourage community organizations to provide a free activity for families. This is an outdoor event. Booth rental fees are nonrefundable.

Important Reminders

Booth participants are required to:

  • Engage with patrons without soliciting or selling at booth space
  • Conduct business in a professional manner
  • Set up booth one hour prior to hard street closure and remain open throughout the festival

Booth participants are responsible for:

  • All electrical needs and disposal of trash
  • 10×10 tent, table, table cover, and chairs (tent must be properly secured)
  • Volunteers and staffing
  • Family friendly activity coordinating with event theme

Nonprofit Booth

  • Nonprofit, social service, 501 (c) (3) organizations
  • No sales or fundraising
  • Application Fee: $50.00 – due upon acceptance
  • Must provide proper 501 (c) (3) documentation
  • Free children’s activity is encouraged
