The City of Beaumont Mobile Unit Requirements
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own equipment (tables, chairs, electrical needs, signage, etc).
Vendors are responsible for the removal and disposal of trash.
This is an application to be considered as a food vendor for this specific event and is not a guaranteed or confirmed spot.
All payments shall be nonrefundable in the event of cancellation by vendor unless notice is received in writing 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to comply with this section will result in forfeiture of all monies paid the city, and may result in refusal by the city to inquire for the next future event.
