Guests will have an opportunity to vote on their favorites throughout the evening\, and a coveted prize will be awarded to the chef who racks up the most votes. All-you-can-eat chili\, plus beer\, wine\, silent auction and lively musical entertainment provided by Southeast Texas locals\, The Fabulous Hellcats\, will make for a fun-filled evening at the Downtown Event Centre. \nCelebrity Chefs:\nCutter Brewer of MasterChef (4th place\, Season 5)\, Green Light Kitchen\, ICreole Bistro A Culinary Haven\, J.
