Additional entertainment also includes the high-energy party band from Lake Charles\, The Hype Band\, and local favorite Luke Whitney. Keeping the energy high throughout the evening\, So Hype DJs will be spinning popular tracks for all to enjoy.\n\nA variety of local food trucks will be on-site\, offering an array of delicious food\, refreshing beverages\, and sweet treats for purchase\, giving guests plenty of options to satisfy their cravings as they enjoy the evening’s festivities.\n\nChildren and families are invited to enjoy a variety of engaging activities\, including face painting and balloon animals\, perfect for sparking smiles and adding a festive flair to the celebration. The group has been on a steady grind since 2011 with a contagious and combustible energy every time the eight-piece band steps on the scene. Following The Suffers’ electrifying late night TV debut on Letterman in 2015\, David Letterman exclaimed\, “If you can’t do this\, get out of the business!”\n\nThe event will feature live performances by The Golden Triangle Brass Quintet as well as music from local favorite Ole Lonesome. Enjoy a selection of craft and German Oktoberfest-style beers at the large beer garden. To keep the energy up throughout the day\, So Hype DJs will be spinning crowd-favorites for all to enjoy!  \nAdmission to this exciting event is absolutely free\, ensuring that everyone in Beaumont and beyond can join in the celebration of our nation’s independence. This year’s event promises to be a truly unforgettable experience with the captivating performances of R&B legends Shirley Murdock and Lenny Williams.   \nShirley Murdock\, renowned for her soulful vocals and chart-topping hits\, will grace the stage with her mesmerizing presence. Known for songs like “As We Lay” and “Husband\,” Murdock’s powerful voice and heartfelt performances have made her a beloved icon in the music industry.  \nAlso gracing the stage is the incomparable Lenny Williams\, an R&B sensation with an illustrious career spanning over four decades. Williams’ soul-stirring ballads\, including the timeless hit “Cause I Love You\,” have garnered him a loyal fan base and established him as one of the most influential voices in the genre.  \nThe event will also feature live music from some of the best regional musicians such as Nebu Nezey and the Treblemakers\, Far Cry\, the Golden Triangle All Star Band\, and hosted by DJ Erik Tee of Magic 102.5\, as well as the SETX Line Steppers and other entertainment! Food trucks will be on site\, serving up delicious cuisine to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. A new attraction will be the 12 and under Free Throw Competition with prizes for the winners.
